High Power Construction Ltd · Liverpool

A facade company built around the install

We install facades for main contractors and cladding package holders, labour-only. What we sell is the installation: done to the details, checked before it's covered, and finished clean.

Who we are

Power Construction is the trading name of High Power Construction Ltd, registered in England and Wales in August 2024, company number 15884867. The company is run by its director, who prices the work and stays on the projects.

We are based in Liverpool and work wherever the package is: our latest completed facade is the Limelight tower in Liverpool, and our current job is a reclad at Plas y Môr in Burry Port, South Wales.

The work we want most is the whole envelope: SFS, insulation and cavity barriers, cladding, render, windows and curtain walling under one subcontractor. When the trades meet at an interface, that interface is ours to get right.

What we stand for

Strength you don't see

The brackets, the rails, the cavity barriers and the EPDM end up behind the panels. Nobody sees them once the building is finished, which is exactly why they get the most care.

Send the drawings. We'll price the package.

Elevations, sections, system details, the bill of quantities and the programme: whatever you have. We price the labour by tender, for the whole envelope or for one system.
