Do you have the manpower for this package?
We put the team together around the package and the programme. Send the elevations, quantities and programme and we'll tell you, before you invite us, how we'd resource it and how we'd phase it.
What experience do you have?
Our latest completed facade is Limelight, a student accommodation tower in Liverpool, where we installed 3D diagonal shaped cladding, mesh panels, column casings, soffits, fascias, EPDM and cavity barriers. We are now recladding Plas y Môr in Burry Port in fibre cement weatherboarding.
How do you make sure the work is reliable?
A written RAMS for every project, a toolbox talk to start the day, daily inspections of the work area and a quality check on each layer before the next one covers it. Our workmanship is covered for 12 months after practical completion.
Do you work labour-only?
Yes. The main contractor or the cladding package holder supplies the system and we install it to the manufacturer's details and the project drawings.
Can you take the whole envelope package?
Yes, and it's the work we prefer: SFS, insulation and cavity barriers, cladding, render, windows and curtain walling under one subcontractor, so the interfaces between trades are ours to get right. We also price single systems.
Where do you work?
We are based in Liverpool and work across the North West and the rest of the UK. Plas y Môr, our current job, is in Burry Port in South Wales.
How do we get a price?
Use the tender form to send the drawings, specification and bill of quantities, or email them. We price by tender, from the documents.
Do you sign off fire safety or provide EWS1 forms?
No. We install cavity barriers and cladding systems to the design. Fire assessments and EWS1 forms are for a qualified fire engineer.
Do you have a design team?
No. Design comes from the architect, the system manufacturer or a specialist facade designer. When a client needs design as well, we can put them in touch with a partner design firm.

Elevations, sections, system details, the bill of quantities and the programme: whatever you have. We price the labour by tender, for the whole envelope or for one system.
