Enquiries and tenders

We don't publish prices. Sending an enquiry, documents or a package check doesn't create a contract. We price from the documents, and work goes ahead only under a subcontract or order agreed in writing with the main contractor or client.

Project information and photos

The photos on this site were taken on our own projects. Quantities shown for a project come from our own schedules for that project. We don't name main contractors or their clients without their agreement. The text, photos and logo belong to High Power Construction Ltd or are used with permission. Product and system names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the work we install.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

How we handle the details and documents you send us is explained in the privacy notice.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
