How we work on site
A facade is only as good as the layer behind the one you can see. So nothing gets closed in until it's been checked.

Drawings and quantities
You send the elevations, sections, system details and the bill of quantities. We price the labour for the package, or for one system within it.

RAMS before we start
Every project gets its own risk assessment and method statement, written for that building, that access and that system.

Toolbox talks and daily checks
The day starts with a toolbox talk and the work area is inspected daily: access, edges, fixings, housekeeping.

Quality checked stage by stage
Each layer is inspected before the next one closes it in: rails and brackets, insulation and cavity barriers, then panels and joints.

Handover and 12 months
We hand over clean elevations and stand behind our workmanship for 12 months after practical completion.
Quality, layer by layer
What gets checked before it's covered
On a rainscreen facade the cavity barriers, the insulation and the rails disappear behind the panels. That's why we check them while they can still be seen.

The team on a package
Sized to the job, led from the front
We put each team together around the package and the programme. Every package has three roles covered: a project manager who deals with the main contractor and the programme, a site manager who runs the gang, the RAMS and the daily checks, and quality assurance on each stage before it's closed in.
