New-build facade installation on a student accommodation tower: 3D diagonal shaped cladding panels, mesh panels, column casings, soffits and fascias, EPDM around the windows and cavity fire barriers.
What we did
- 3D diagonal shaped cladding panels with top hats, rails and insulation
- Plenums and mesh panels between the window bays
- Vertical and horizontal column casings with top hats, angles, insulation and flashings
- Soffits with their backing structure, and fascias
- EPDM and Siniat boards around the windows on the east and west elevations and the gables
- Vertical and horizontal cavity fire barriers
