Plas y Môr, Burry Port
A labour-only reclad of a low-rise residential scheme: the old timber cladding comes off and a new build-up goes on, from sheathing board and fire barrier to aluminium rails and fibre cement boards.
What we did
- Removing the old timber cladding from the building
- Siniat sheathing board
- Tenmat cavity fire barrier
- Aluminium rail system
- Hardie Plank fibre cement panels
